Who are you?

NetServices is a company based in Los Angeles. We have been in business since 1999. We are an independent telecommunication broker. We research the market and provide our clients with a fair, objective opinion of what is available. We are particularly specialized in the prepaid calling card market, as this is today the most affordable option for domestic and international long distance. Our mission is to help you save money by offering the best prices in the telecommunication market and bringing wholesale prices to individual consumers and small consumer groups and low-volume retailers.

What is your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy is very simple: all the information that you provide us is exclusively used to process your order. We will never sell, transmit, trade or whatsoever any data about you to any party. Please, be sure you will never be annoyed because of any information you have given to us. We are simply not in that business; we prefer to have your confidence.

How do I know my credit card information is kept secure?

All our credit card transactions are processed by the secure servers of Verisign, the leading company in internet security. All credit card information is encrypted an handled in secure servers. To verify you are in a secure area (where any order form where credit card information is requested is considered to be a secure area) please follow these simple steps:

Microsoft Internet Explorer users:
Look to the bottom of your web browser window. Towards the right you will find a little icon representing a lock. Double-click on this icon to check the secure server certificate information.

Netscape users:
Look to the right bottom corner of your web browser window. You will find a little icon representing a lock. Double-click on this icon to check the secure server certificate information.

In addition, you can rest assured your credit card information is not stored on any internet accessible server. Unless you explicitly instruct us to do otherwise, only part of your credit card number is stored online. Thus, even in the worst-case scenario that our site would get hacked, only a part of your credit card number will be found. Without the complete number no harm can be done upon your account.

What is a calling card?

There are basically three types of calling cards. While the procedure to place calls is the same for all of them, they differ in the way you pay for your calls:

Prepaid calling cards

Rechargeable calling cards

Monthly billed calling cards

Prepaid calling cards: you pay in advance the value of your card (usually $20). This will give you the corresponding credit that will progressively decrease as you make your calls. Once you have consume all your calling credit the card can be discarded.

Rechargeable calling cards: rechargeable calling cards are billed basically the same way as prepaid calling cards. This time, however, you are asked to give your credit card information. Your credit card will be used to initially charge your calling card with the calling credit you decide. Once you consume all your calling credit you might call a toll-free number to recharge your calling card with another payment from your credit card.

Monthly-billed calling cards: your calling card is associated with an account. When you make a call with your calling card all the costs are annotated in your account. At the end of the month you will then receive an invoice with the total amount due for all your calls during that month.

How do I place a call with a calling card?

A calling card comes with two important numbers:

  1. Toll-free access number.
  2. Personal identification number (PIN).

To place a call you have to call the toll-free access number. You will then be prompted to give your PIN number which identifies your card/account. Finally you dial the number you wish to call.

What is your return policy?

The return policy for our unopened prepaid products is 100% money-back guaranteed. If you change your mind and decide you no longer want your unopened prepaid calling card, just call 1-888-6900070 and we will credit your credit card for 100% of the purchase value of your card (shipping charges cannot be refunded). Please understand that we cannot accept refund requests for cards which PIN number has been disclosed. Non-working cards need to be returned no later than 30 days after service failure.

What about shipping charges?

The only products that may need to be delivered are the prepaid calling cards. For cards delivered via ordinary mail, there is a flat, per-order, shipping charge (which stays the same regardless of the number of cards ordered). For U.S. orders this is $4. For Canada: $6 and for the rest of the world: $6.

My calling card does not have the rate quoted on your site

Please understand calling card rates are quoted on our site as they have been provided by the particular calling card manufacturer. As said above, we do not issue or manufacture prepaid phone cards, we only resell them. Unfortunately, calling card manufacturers are legally authorized to change all prices at any time without prior notice; not even to us. It is therefore impossible for us to guarantee rates quoted on our site are always going to be accurate; even when we make every effort to keep our information up to date, as it is in our best interest.

If the rate of your calling card is clearly different from the rate on our site, please do not use your card. Before any call is established you should hear a recording stating the number of minutes available and therefore the rate that is going to be applied to your call. If this rate is clearly different to the rate on our site, please, hang up the phone before the call is connected, leave your calling card unused and tell us about the problem. We will do our best to find a solution.

If you decide to go ahead with a call, even when the rate announced is significantly higher, your are accepting the conditions of the service and are relinquishing your rights to any indemnification.
